Hello, I’m Derry. A Holistic Health Therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, nature lover and advocate for slow and seasonal living. 

 

I’ve worked in the world of health and wellness for over twenty years and have gained knowledge and wisdom from some wonderful teachers and mentors in this time. 

 

It’s my belief that in this fast paced and hectic modern world that we live in, we’ve come to normalise feeling stressed, tired and unwell. Overwhelmed and undernourished. 

 

We’ve become physically and emotionally disconnected from the natural world around us. From nature and it’s cycles and seasons. And in turn, completely disconnected from ourselves. 

 

It’s my intention to help you better understand your own unique physiology, and, using holistic practices, reconnect you to your own true, wild nature and that of the natural world around you.

 

To guide you back to a natural state of wellbeing and help you cultivate a way of living that will really enable you to thrive.

Holistic Health Coaching

 

For an in-depth approach to optimising your health and wellbeing, in both body and mind, I offer one-to-one coaching with in person or online sessions and support. 

 

I bring a completely individual and bespoke approach to each of my clients, focusing on all aspects of lifestyle, including nutrition, movement, sleep patterns and stress management. 

 

Using a range of holistic therapies, I offer single session consultations or a six week coaching programme. 

 

We’ll work together to address any imbalances and develop a realistic and sustainable plan. Simple steps that will fit in with your lifestyle and bring you back to a natural state of wellness.
